Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Snackachu TCG e.U., Vienna, Austria.

Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

Conclusion of Contract

By clicking “Buy Now”, you submit a binding order.
The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€).
In accordance with § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation).
Shipping costs are additional and are listed in the Shipping Information section.

Accepted payment methods:
PayPal, Credit Card, Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer).

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us —

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed trading card products (e.g. booster packs, displays, or boxes) where the seal has been opened after delivery,

  • Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Snackachu TCG e.U. until full payment has been received.

Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply (§§ 922 et seq. ABGB).
Liability applies only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s place of residence.
